Shipping & Returns
Carry Commission aims to ship each order as quickly as possible after it is placed. To ensure you have an excellent customer experience, here are our shipping guidelines and policies:
- Allow 1-3 business days for in stock items to ship excluding USA federal holidays.
- Out of stock items will ship as new inventory becomes available (this will vary by item).
- First class shipping ranges from 3-6 business days
- If ordering for a specific event, please allow for above listed packing and shipping timelines.
- Holiday shipping often takes longer than normal, please take this into account when purchasing around these times.
- Exact shipping costs will vary based on order size, weight and destination. Domestic orders (inside the USA) will be shipped via the United States Postal Service. International orders will ship through various carriers and any additional duties, fees or taxes associated with the shipment/delivery of an order will be the sole responsibility of the purchasing party.
- Carry Commission cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address, lost or stolen in transit or otherwise delayed by third party shipping companies, etc. Disputes surrounding delivery with lost or missing orders will need to be directed to the USPS for domestic orders and the 3rd party shipping company for said purchase on international orders.
Thank you for your purchase. Carry Commission hopes that all of our customers love their purchases. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it to Carry Commission for a refund, store credit or exchange per our return policy:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase unless specifically stated otherwise.
- Items must be in new condition and in original packaging and/or unopened to be eligible for a full refund.
- Items returned in used condition will not be eligible for refund but may receive store credit or be exchanged for an equivalent product at the sole discretion of Carry Commission.
- Returns will not constitute a refund of shipping costs incurred by purchaser.
- Items that have been customized for a specific client are not eligible for return, unless said items are deemed defective upon original delivery.
