The RevoluTion ditches the usual full-tang, wood-scale formula and swaps in a hollow, 3D-printed titanium handle that cuts weight without compromising strength. Paired with a Sandvik 14C28N stainless blade and a gloss DLC finish, it’s made to handle everything you can throw at it in the kitchen without rusting or needing frequent touch-ups. And the remarkably thin 0.11" blade stock will make this one of the sliciest knives you've ever used in your kitchen.
You won't want to use your other knives anymore. The RevoluTion feels different. Lighter, more balanced, and more responsive than most knives this size. The titanium handle gives you grip without the bulk or weight of a typical all-metal knife.
